Distant Worlds in Three Dimensions

This was a nice find... NASA has been using stereo cameras to capture images that can be turned into 3d anaglyphs. High-res images from the Mars rover missions are publicly available, dating back as early as 2004. There are also some amazing 3d images of the sun from STEREO and SOHO.

I encourage you to take a look - there is something very satisfying/appealing about the ability to see a distant world, which you'll likely never see in person, in three dimensions. The images are paired with interesting/detailed descriptions on the NASA sites.
