More work on the terrains... |
I wasn't sure what base height to use, so I just did a few tests to see what feels right. I'm editing the heightmap mostly in Photoshop because the Terrain brushes are too small and cumbersome to use. I'm also using Bryce3d to generate some random terrain textures. I think this will work.
I also updated the sand texture and other minor updates.

The creation of the first course was mostly improvised. I'm trying to plan the second course better, by starting with an overhead drawing, then I'll use that as a rough template for the course when I paint the textures and heights in Unity. | |
